Villa Renaissance offers 28 guestrooms in a 4-story property. All suites have air conditioning, ceiling fans, direct dial telephones, 60 US Cable TV channels, DVD players, clock radios and safety deposit boxes. Kitchens include refrigerators with ice makers, microwaves, cookware/ dishes/utensils, dishwashers and laundry (washer/dryer) facilities.
