best vacation ever
had a wonderful time, service was excellence. the only problem was booking for excursions which was expensive.

This resort was absolutley incredible! It is a long resort but the the sidewalks for walking are just so beautiful it doesn't seem like a walk at all. The service was amazing and the grounds are beautiful. The week we were there, the ocean was very rough and we had a red flag each day though. That was THE only disappointing thing on our trip. We will be coming back to this resort for vacation soon.
This was my first trip that I took that was an all inclusive resort vacation. It was wonderful and the best idea I had come across especially with Cheapcarribean.com. I booked this trip as a birthday present for my significant other, and it was a blast for the both of us. The resort was clean and the amenities were good. The room was comfortable and clean everyday. The staff was amazing and very friendly. There were no problems while on our vacation. It was a great time. The nightclub on the resort "The Galaxy" was a lot of fun for us.

My daughters ages is 14 & 17. I don't want to pay for another room. There are 2 queen size beds in the room, They are my children why can't I have 1 room, 2 beds & 2 children in the same room ?

This resort does consider a 13 year old an adult. The maximum occupancy in the room is 3 adults. Two rooms would need to be booked if there are 2 adults, a 17 year old and 14 year old traveling.

I agree. But that's how it's done in the caribbean. i had the same issue on a previous trip.

If they are 14 and 17, the cost is the same regardless of whether they stay in your room or not. Our 13 and 19 year old stayed right next to us in their own room and were completely safe. The beds may say queen but they are actually american doubles/full.

transfers is 50.00 pp--usd in a van and a trip from orlando, FL cost me 775.00 pp --usd for 5 nights with air inc . the beach is all sandy-----the ocean is 80% but it is safe

Use transfer from CancunShuttle.com they are much cheaper, go directly to hotel vs. pick up and drop a lot of people and punctual.
The beach is great, sandy. ther use to be coral reef there but iw was destroyed my hurracains so there are rocks on the left, but otherwise beach is great.

They have shuttles or taxis service that you can purchase at the airport. If you pay for the transportation back at that time you get a discount.

My best advice is to contact an actual tour company. It is very weird when you get out from the airport and there is a SEA of people trying to catch your attention. We used Olympus Tours and they were great, also easier to buy with CheapCaribbean directly.

just out side airport doors will be tour companies vans--bus--taxi--rental cars but the insurance cost a lot...i have tried them all..i think the safest option would be tour companies vans.but for me i would take the taxi but you will need to agree on the price first befor you go... its up to you and how you fill about it..

This train takes you directly to the front steps of Iberostar Paraiso del Mar to visit the 2,800-sq-ft Playa Paraiso Sensations Spa. With a hydrotherapy circuit, different types of baths, a rain shower, a saltwater pool, temascal-steam baths and a Finnish sauna, this spa offers therapies capable of chasing away stress.

Located less than 30 minutes from Cancun International Airport (CUN) and approximately 20 minutes from Playa del Carmen.
The two sister resorts, Iberostar Paraiso del Mar and Iberostar Paraiso Beach, form a large complex. A small train runs every 15 minutes, transporting guests around the facilities to the restaurants, lobby, rooms and even the shopping mall and modern spa that are part of the Para�so complex.

Scuba Diving:
No visitor should leave Mexico without exploring its world famous coral reefs. Our hotel facilities include a CDC, PADI, Gold Palm Resort diving center, run by Dressel Divers International. This center organizes numerous boat trips and scuba diving and snorkeling excursions, as well as diving lessons and a host of other water sports and activities. Its boats are specially designed to enable divers to set off directly from the hotel's private beach. � The Dressel Divers International diving centers are members of PADI, although they also cater for divers belonging to any other organization or federation.
