Be Live Grand Viva Beach is located in the center of the Hotel Zone, within easy walking distance of the Convention Center of Cancun, shopping, bars and restaurants. Only 15 miles (25 minutes) from the Cancun Airport and 5 miles (10 minutes) from downtown Cancun.

Check-out: 12:00 pm

A valid credit card or deposit is required upon check-in for possible incidentals not included in your hotel reservation.

There is 5 night minimum stay required from December 22, 2011 through January 2, 2012 and from April 1, 2012 through April 8, 2012.

Minimum age to check-in is 18.

STUDENT/YOUTH POLICY: Student/Youth Travelers are defined by the resort as any guest under the age of 25 traveling without their legal parent/guardian. Please be advised that Spring Breakers and Student/Youth GROUPS between the ages of 18-24 are not accepted at this resort.

If you do not adhere to the Student/Youth Policy, your reservation will be canceled and you will be notified accordingly.
